New Appointments

According to the President’s press service, Sergei Simonenko appointed Deputy Minister of Defence for Armament, Chief of Armament.

Igor Lotenkov who occupied this position was retired in reserve according to age with the right to wear military uniform and distinctive insignia.

One more Presidential decree appointed Andrei Fedin Chief of the Main Directorate for Planning and Technical Support Coordination – First Deputy Chief for Armament of the Armed Forces.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed relevant decrees on May 22, 2017.
