Visit of United Arab Emirates Military Delegation

On 18 November, Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Defence Minister of Belarus Maj. Gen. Oleg Belokonev met with a delegation of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces led by Chief of the Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops Col. Rashid Ad-Dhaheri.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising lines of military and military-technical cooperation in the field of nuclear, biological and chemical protection.

The members of the delegation visited the Military Department of the Belarusian State University and the 8th NBC Protection Brigade where they familiarised themselves with the system of military personnel training, as well as weapons and NBC protection equipment.
