Promoting Cooperation

On 16 April, Belarusian Defence Minister Maj. Gen. Andrei Ravkov met with Chinese Defence Minister Col. Gen. Chang Wanquan during the IV Moscow Annual Conference on International Security.

Belarusian Defence Minister thanked his Chinese counterpart for the grant military assistance provided for the Belarusian Armed Forces. The parties discussed the current state and prospects for bilateral military cooperation, in particular a joint Belarus–China anti-terrorism exercise, training military personnel at military schools of Belarus and China and exchange of experience at the expert level.
