Arms Control Issues
From 12 to 16 April, two representatives of the Belarusian Armed Forces will visit an airbase and military unit of the French armed forces. The event is organised for the representatives of the OSCE member states under the 2011 Vienna Document.
From 13 to 17 April, a Belarusian inspection group will visit Italy to hold two inspections of military units of the Italian and US armed forces, which are subject to control under the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE).
The aim of the inspection is to prove that the actual amount of the materiel limited by the CFE Treaty corresponds to the declared data.
