Chinese Military Delegation Visiting Belarus — Military information portal of the Ministry of Defence of Republic of Belarus

The Chinese military delegation headed by Lt. Gen. Jia Xiaowei, chief of staff of the Guangzhou Military Region of the People’s Liberation Army of China, is visiting Belarus from 12 to 15 October. The event is held under the 2014 international military cooperation plan.

Within the framework of the visit, Belarusian Defence Minister Lt. Gen. Yuri Zhadobin had a meeting with the delegation.

The Chinese service members visited the 5th Special Purpose Brigade of the Special Operations Forces.

Besides, the members of the Chinese delegation will get acquainted with the Belarusian cultural and historical sites. They will visit the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve Nesvizh and the Brest Hero-Fortress.
