International Cooperation Issues

From 19 to 23 November, within the framework of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (the CFE Treaty), a representative of the Belarusian Armed Forces will participate in the inspection of a specified area in Romania as part of the Ukrainian inspection group.

The group will inspect a military unit (at their option), which is subject to control under the CFE Treaty.

The aim of the inspection is to prove that the actual amount of the materiel limited by the CFE Treaty corresponds to the declared data.

From 19 to 23 November, a representative of the Belarusian Armed Forces will participate as an instructor in conducting the practical part of an arms control course for British inspectors (attendants). The course will be held in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
