Belarus-Myanmar Military Cooperation Issues Discussed

A high-level military delegation from Myanmar led by the Quartermaster General of the Myanmar Armed Forces Lieutenant General Zaw Myo Tin is visiting Belarus.

The Central Officers’ House hosted negotiations between Belarusian Defence Minister Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin and the head of the Myanmar delegation. The parties discussed the current state and future prospects of their bilateral cooperation, including its economic aspects.

The day before, the delegation visited Minsk Automobile Plant, where they held a meeting with the enterprise’s management and familiarised themselves with the products the company manufactures. The foreign guests are also going to visit a number of other Belarusian enterprises in Minsk and Vitebsk
