Arms Control Issues

On 16–17 January 2019, the International Military Cooperation Department of the Belarusian Defence Ministry will host a training session for Belarusian officers participating in verification activities in the states that are parties to international arms control treaties.

The training session is aimed at providing officers who are included in the list of military inspectors with theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Lectures prepared by officers of the Verification Directorate at the International Military Cooperation Department will take place on the first day. On the second day, participants will put their theoretical learning into practice at the 120th Separate Mechanised Brigade.
