Belarus and Zimbabwe Exchanged Views on Military Cooperation Issues

On 26 March, Group Captain Kingsley Zimbudzana paid an official visit to the Belarusian Defence Ministry in connection with his appointment as Defence Attaché to the Republic of Belarus (concurrently).

The meeting on the occasion of the accreditation of Group Captain Kingsley Zimbudzana at the Belarusian Defence Ministry was held by acting Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department, Assistant to the Defence Minister for Foreign Military Policy Colonel Aleksandr Vengura.

The parties discussed the implementation of the Roadmap for the development of cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe, as well as the Plan of Measures for Military Cooperation between the Defence Ministry of the Republic of Belarus and the Defence Ministry of the Republic of Zimbabwe for 2024.

In addition, the parties exchanged views on the development of promising areas of bilateral military cooperation.
