Belarusian-Chinese Joint Swift Eagle – 2026 Tactical Exercise
The Belarusian and Chinese military contingents are practising firing techniques from behind cover while changing positions during the joint Swift Eagle – 2026 tactical exercise.
During the training, the service personnel are firing from various positions both in open terrain and inside enclosed spaces.

During the training, the military contingents are practising movement in an urban environment. Particular attention is being paid to taking cover, holding positions and advancing deeper into built-up areas.
The service personnel have also practised tactical shooting techniques while changing firing positions, as well as engaging aerial targets using semi-automatic shotguns.

As part of the joint Belarusian-Chinese Swift Eagle – 2026 tactical exercise, high-angle and vertical movement training sessions were conducted.
The military contingents of the two countries practised rope descents and assault mountaineering exercises.

The Belarusian and Chinese military contingents are enhancing their assault skills during the joint Belarusian-Chinese Swift Eagle – 2026 tactical exercise.
The combined units are paying particular attention to reconnaissance of buildings, taking cover and advancing deeper into built-up areas while engaging a simulated adversary. The service personnel are also honing their combat shooting skills.

The final practical exercise was conducted as part of the joint Belarusian-Chinese Swift Eagle – 2026 tactical exercise.
The units of the two countries practised helicopter-borne deployment using wing-type parachute systems, free-fall deployment and assault operations using mountaineering equipment. The exercise concluded with an assault on an urban block, during which the service personnel neutralised a simulated terrorist group and captured its leader.
The day before, the combined units conducted a bilateral exercise in urban combat.

Participants in the Belarusian-Chinese Swift Eagle – 2026 exercise have returned to Belarus.
Personnel of the Special Operations Forces units of the Armed Forces of Belarus have returned home following their participation in the joint tactical exercise held in China.
The reconnaissance personnel were welcomed on their return by Colonel Alexandr Ilyukevich, Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus. He congratulated the service personnel on the successful completion of their tasks.
