On March 27, Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department, Assistant to Defence Minister for Foreign Military Policy Maj. Gen. Oleg Voinov met with Polish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Belarus Konrad Pavlik.
On 21-23 March, under the 2017 international military cooperation plan, a Belarusian military delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Defence for Armament, Chief of Armament will visit Russian defence companies, which produce advanced weapon systems and military equipment, and discuss deliveries of equipment to the Belarusian Armed Forces within the framework and on the terms of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on the development of military-technical cooperation.
A French inspection group will visit Belarus on 22-24 March under the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE).

On March 15, 2017, the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces (Moscow) will host an International Conference: Military Aspects of Countering Terrorism Based on Experience of Military Operations in the Syrian Arab Republic.
From March 13 to March 17, the command of the Air Force and Air Defense forces of the Belarusian Armed Forces and operation group of the Aerospace Forces’ command of the Russian Armed Forces will master the application of the Joint Regional Air Defence System of the Republic Belarus and Russian Federation, as well as organization and improvement of cooperation in the management of its forces and assets within the framework of the joint staff training with the Joint Command of the Regional Group of Forces.
From 27 February to 2 March, inspection group of the United States of America visited the Republic of Belarus within the framework of the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) Treaty to inspect a military unit of the Belarusian Armed Forces(at one’s own option), which is subject to control under the Treaty provisions.
On March 1 and 2, 2017, the command of the special operations forces of the Belarusian Armed Forces hosted a conference held between the representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Republic of Serbia and Republic of Belarus dedicated to the master plan of the Slavic Brotherhood 2017 multinational tactical exercise.
From February 28 to March 2, the operations group of the Belarusian Armed Forces headed by Maj. Gen. Oleg Belokonev, Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Defence Minister of Belarus, will participate in the joint command and staff training with the central bodies of military administration of the Russian Defence Ministry, which will be held in Moscow.
Consultations between representatives of the Belarusian and Serbian defence ministries on topical issues of military-political situation and military cooperation planning for 2017 were held in Belgrade, Serbia on 13 February under the 2017 International Military Cooperation Plan.
