Under the Open Skies Treaty

From 19 to 23 September, a group of Belarusian and Russian inspectors is conducting an observation flight over Latvia and Lithuania on board an AN-30B observation aircraft under the Open Skies Treaty. The inspection is aimed at verifying military activities in the observed states.
