Military-to-Military Cooperation Issues
On 8 August, the International Military Cooperation Department, Belarusian Defence Ministry hosted an accreditation meeting of the defence attaché at the US Embassy in Belarus.
Col. Michael Vandevelde, army attaché at the US Embassy in Ukraine, has been accredited as non-resident US Defence Attaché to Belarus.
During his stay in Belarus, on 9 August Col. Michael Vandevelde will visit a peacekeeping company of the 103rd Independent Airborne Brigade during the field exercise.
