Cooperation Between Belarusian Defence Ministry and ICRC Discussed in Minsk

Head of Programmes for Cooperation with Armed and Security Forces of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Russia, Belarus and Moldova Oleg Bondarenko is on a visit to Belarus from 27 to 29 January 2016.

Belarusian Defence Minister Lt. Gen. Andrei Ravkov and Oleg Bondarenko held a meeting and discussed promising areas of developing cooperation between the Belarusian Defence Ministry and ICRC.

The programme of the visit includes a speech by Oleg Bondarenko at the Minsk Suvorov Military School.

At the end of the visit, the parties will sign an action plan for cooperation between the Belarusian Defence Ministry and the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Russia, Belarus and Moldova.
