Belarus and USA Military Officials Meet in Minsk

On 10 September 2014, at the National Agency for Control and Inspections, Belarusian Defence Ministry, Col. Oleg Voinov, state secretary, assistant Belarus’ defence minister on military policy, met with Evelyn Farkas, deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia.

The parties discussed further development of bilateral military cooperation within the NATO Partnership for Peace programme. They also exchanged views on the topical issues of arms control and regional security.
