Armenian Delegation Visits Belarus

On 7 July, Minsk hosted Armenian Delegation headed by Col. Gen. Yuri Khachaturov, Chief of the General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces.

On 8 July, the official meeting ceremony and talks between Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Defence Minister of Belarus Maj. Gen. Oleg Belokonev and his Armenian counterpart were held.

Later the same day, Armenian delegation visited the 5th Special Purpose Brigade, where they got acquainted with the structure and tasks of the brigade, the training process and living conditions of Belarusian special operations forces.

On 9 July, Belarusian Defence Minister Lt. Gen. Yuri Zhadobin will meet with the Armenian military delegation.

Then the delegation will take part in opening ceremony of the MILEX 2014 arms show.
